Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped through UPS or USPS nationwide to all states but cannot be shipped to the following locations: Northern Mariana Islands, United States Minor Outlying Islands, American Samoa (see also separate entry under AS), Hawaii, APO/FPO, Alaska, Guam (see also separate entry under GU), Virgin Islands, U.S.

Grounds Shipping takes from 3-5 business days for priority rates will apply for orders over $150 will receive free shipping courtesy of Carniceria La Super. For big items rates will apply for higher shipping costs than the flat rate according to the weight and size of the box it will go as charged.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most unopened items sold by Carniceria La Super in new condition and returned within 15 days will receive a refund. The return window for items sold on ourtoywarehouse.com begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered by a shipping carrier or made ready for pick up. Some items sold by Carniceria La Super have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Carniceria La Super policy board (refund exceptions), carnicerialasuper.com or in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
